Expertly structured PPA solutions

With years of experience in the energy sector, we are recognised experts in structured energy products. We provide PPA solutions for renewable energy producers through merchant PPAs that maximise revenues, and corporate PPAs for consumers that secure long-term access to renewable energy at predictable prices while enhancing sustainability credentials.

Our PPA models are procured primarily across Southeast Europe, with active expansion into Western markets.

Merchant PPAs are customized for each RES producer’s needs

Fixed-price model

Guarantees a fixed price, and ensures stable and predictable revenues for producers. 

Spot model

Offers flexibility in production without a production obligation, and the pricing of production at prices linked to local power exchanges.

Spot+ model

Gives partners the opportunity to hedge part of their production as a baseload product, combining spot market opportunities with price risk protection.

Floor and cap price model

Ensures a minimum (Floor) and maximum price (Cap) while allowing producers to benefit from spot market fluctuations within the defined price range.

Ancillary services

As one of the largest aggregators of Ancillary Services in the region, GEN-I manages over 250 MW of distributed resources spanning utility-scale, B2B and B2C segments across Central and Eastern Europe.

We offer partners the opportunity to generate additional revenue through access to ancillary markets, capacity and energy, and also help to maintain and support grid stability and overall network reliability.
